Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive database architecture and relational schema for fertility industry data using Airtable. Establish automated workflows, data governance policies, and custom BI dashboards to track industry trends and system performance.

The coordinator will manage sponsor inquiries, track requests in Google Sheets, and ensure timely responses within one business day. Additionally, they will verify sponsor profile submissions in Airtable for accuracy and completeness according to established checklists.

The primary responsibility involves managing the full onboarding process for up to ten advertisers per month, ensuring all sponsor requirements, agreements, and creative assets are delivered on time. This role also requires proactively addressing all advertiser questions regarding strategy, insights, and the working relationship, aiming for a high advertiser satisfaction rating.
