The Data Administrator will design, implement, and maintain comprehensive database architecture and automated workflows within Airtable. They are responsible for building fertility industry intelligence, managing data integrity, and creating custom reporting dashboards for leadership.

The Account Manager is responsible for onboarding advertisers, managing client relationships, and ensuring all sponsor requirements are met within deadlines. They will lead monthly meetings, proactively address strategy issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates.

The coordinator manages customer form submissions and sponsor inquiries via email and LinkedIn, ensuring responses are delivered within business hours. They are also responsible for verifying sponsor profile submissions for accuracy and completeness using Airtable and Google Sheets.
