We are seeking a Paralegal to join our team on a 3 month fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, managing your own caseload while helping to deliver excellent service to our clients.
- Manage a caseload of claims and legal matters from start to finish.
- Review and investigate claims, gathering relevant information and evidence.
- Communicate with clients, insurers, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate and work towards achieving the best possible outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Work closely with colleagues to support team objectives and client needs.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop.
