  • Own entity records and corporate documentation—maintaining organizational charts, compliance calendars, and governance files in entity management tools.
  • Pitch in on M&A, transactions, and other strategic legal matters—bringing rigor and follow-through to fast-moving work.
  • Respond to KYC and internal/external record requests, and conduct targeted legal research aligned to business priorities.
  • Support litigation and administrative proceedings, including document collection, discovery coordination, and subpoena response support.
  • Coordinate registered agents, obtain domestic and international registry reports, and drive required corporate filings to completion.
  • Manage legal request tickets end-to-end: triage and route inquiries, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and escalate issues using sound judgment.
  • Prepare correspondence and coordinate signatures, notarizations, and apostilles—helping ensure critical documents are executed smoothly and on time.
  • Improve internal processes by utilizing AI and agents, documenting process, and improving templates to improve turnaround times and otherwise improve the customer experience.
  • Get exposure to a wide variety of cross-functional initiatives and legal team projects—where your work has visible impact across the business.

What you’ll bring:

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience supporting legal operations, corporate governance, or similar work.
  • Authorization to lawfully work in the jurisdiction where you reside.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Comfort juggling multiple workstreams, prioritizing effectively, and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for using AI and creating agents to automate repetitive tasks and continuously improve process in a business environment.
  • Strong judgment, with the ability to spot risk early and escalate appropriately to in-house counsel.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with strong project management skills and a bias for action.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and enthusiasm for learning new tools and technologies.
