  • Monitor deadlines, court dates, and compliance requirements.

  • Communicate with clients, courts, and external parties in a professional manner.

  • Prepare summaries, reports, and case timelines for attorneys.

  • Support attorneys during hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings when required.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Paralegal in a U.S. law firm.

  • Strong understanding of U.S. legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.

  • Experience handling case management and legal research.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or related field preferred.
