Position Summary

The Senior Analyst position is within the Periodic Access Review (PAR) team under the Identity Access Management tower within Enterprise Information Security. The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for executing the access review control process in accordance with documented procedures and their understanding of the control requirement.  The ability to think through the control with a risk mindset is required.   The ideal candidate will be able to operate and think independently when the need may arise and apply proper decision making to drive toward complete and accurate processing of the access review control.  The Sr. Analyst role would be comprised of, but not limited to

  • Understand the full PAR program and be able to execute to completeness and accuracy
  • Execution of complex and challenging Periodic Access Reviews
  • Higher volume of Periodic Access Reviews assigned
  • Support team lead with running PAR campaigns
  • Train to eventually lead or co-lead campaigns under overall guidance of team lead
  • Train and mentor junior Analyst staff
  • Ensure procedure and work instruction documentation is kept up to date by meeting with SME in other spaces to ensure we are aware of changes that may impact our processes and deliverables
  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) in at least 1-2 types of PARs, where you are the “go to” for questions as they arise

The Sr. Analyst will be a key contributor and responsible for on time and proper execution of the access review control, a key control requirement to ensure compliance with both internal policy as well as a variety of external regulatory and contractual requirements.


The Sr. Analyst must have strong time management skills, be able to work in faced paced setting as well have strong communication skills as the incumbent would be interacting with all levels within the organization.


The Sr. Analyst must be able to deliver on time and work both independently and within a team structure for overall success.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in IT Compliance/ Audit, Access Review processing, or Identity Access Management
  • 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel at an Intermediate or higher level


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-4+ years of experience in IT Compliance/ Audit, Access Review processing, or Identity Access Management
  • CISA or CRISC certification
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong time management skills


Education

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$64,890.00 - $173,040.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
