This is a remote position.
As a Dealer Alchemist Paid Search Specialist, you will be assisting in leveraging our technology, paired with your experience to help our clients succeed in their goal through paid media spends. While automotive experience is preferred, further training can be provided to the right individual.
Job Duties
Monitoring budgets and overseeing search platform accounts
Tracking KPIs
Auditing website inventory levels
Monitoring purchased media to ensure that the advertisements appear as planned
Assist with ad copy as needed
Assist in writing out SOPs for aspects of search
Proof Checking Setups / QA
Campaign Management - Oversee accounts on Google and Microsoft Ads.
Keyword Research - Be involved in audience / location targeting
Bid Management - Monitor budget and adjust bids as applicable
Write clear and concise copy for adverts
Suggest and develop new campaigns
Keeping up to date of PPC and SEM trends
Knowledge of the auto industry is a plus, taking into consideration OEM compliance standards.
Collaborate with Client Success Managers (CSMs) to help bridge communication between departments and ensure alignment on paid media strategy, campaign performance, and client expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication skills including written and verbal communication are required along with the ability to work independently with good critical thinking skills.
Knowledge of Paid Media is required
Proficient knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Google Merchant Center is essential.
General Understanding of Google Analytics: Creating Views, Connecting Google Ads, Building event and URL based goals (will be trained on if needed for a desired individual)
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Drive
Strong independent work ethic
Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
Professional and respectful demeanor in dealing with internal and external business partners
Effective time management in a professional setting
Collaborate effectively in a team environment and must be an organized and flexible team player.
Integrity and optimism, regardless of the situation
Use information, data, and resources to proactively identify and solve problems to get the job done.
Experience in data analysis and reporting Experience with Zoho, Jira, and Slack is a plus. Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and GA4 is also required.
Analytical thinking with strong math skills is mandatory
Google Ads, Google Display, Google Search certification

Base salary
$60,000/yr - $70,000/yr
