This is done via automated scripts (headless browser) that require access to actual accounts to ensure the experience works end-to-end.

What you’ll do

• This is not as employment, freelance work, or a monthly role. It’s a paid participation opportunity, similar to a user research study or usability test.
• Join a guided live session, allow Pinwheel to test the connection with your account, provide the required login/MFA information securely, and temporarily change the payment method as part of the test.
• Your data is encrypted in transit and deleted after the test is completed.

Time and effort

• Typically 10-15 minutes per merchant account.
• Remote and flexible: participate from anywhere as long as you have U.S.-region accounts.

• US$250 per valid set of credentials.
