We are looking for a motivated PPC Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns, primarily within Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, App, and YouTube), alongside other paid channels including Apple Search Ads. The role involves working with the PPC team to manage campaigns, analyze performance, research placements and competitor activity, and identify opportunities to improve acquisition and efficiency across all channels, within KTO's regulated iGaming environment.

Key Responsibilities
Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, App, YouTube) and Apple Search Ads to meet performance goals.
Conduct keyword and competitor research to improve targeting, relevance, and positioning.
Create and test ad copy, creative, and landing pages, coordinating A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
Analyze performance (CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS), identifying trends and optimization opportunities across keywords, audiences, and placements.
Manage budget pacing, spend tracking, and quality assurance across platforms.
Build and maintain reporting dashboards, translating data into insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally and ensure campaigns comply with brand, Responsible Gaming, and regulatory standards.


Main Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads: campaign structure, keyword research, text ads, bidding strategies, and Search / PMax / Demand Gen / App / YouTube campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and BI reporting, including building reports, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Solid understanding of key acquisition metrics: CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and budget pacing.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate across departments.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on campaign performance and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, test, and develop expertise in performance marketing.

- Members of the administrative or supervisory body of entities responsible for organizing competitions or sporting events;

- Athletes participating in competitions organized by entities within the National Sports System;

Individuals diagnosed with gambling addiction, according to a diagnosis from a qualified mental health professional.
