We're partnering with a dynamic organization to find a talented Paid Media Specialist. This role is remote--out of region--and offers temporary employment for 10-26 weeks. Hours will start at part time, up to 10 hours per week, and grow from there. If you have experience managing paid media campaigns in the home services or multi-location sectors, this could be an excellent fit for your skills.

*Paid Media Specialist Responsibilities:*
* Develop and execute digital advertising strategies across multiple platforms tailored to client goals across the areas of home services - HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.
* Manage, optimize, and monitor campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels to maximize performance.
* Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking setups to ensure accurate attribution.
* Conduct quality assurance, pacing, and performance checks to maintain campaign effectiveness.
* Collaborate with teams to analyze campaign data and adjust strategies for better results.
*Paid Media Specialist Qualifications:*
* Proven experience with Google Ads, including Search and Display; Performance Max experience is a plus.
* Experience doing this work for clients or brands in the home services space - HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
* Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools such as Looker Studio.
* Ability to set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking accurately.
* Knowledge of standard ad QA, pacing, and performance monitoring workflows.

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
