Our client is a performance-driven lead generation company operating in highly competitive verticals, with a strong focus on iGaming (casino & sports betting) and Finance. They specialise in high-intent customer acquisition through paid media, data-driven optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO), with core expertise in scaling high-budget campaigns and leveraging cutting-edge marketing strategies in highly regulated markets like the US.

As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Paid Media Expert to execute and optimize paid acquisition efforts across the iGaming and Finance verticals, with a primary focus on the US market. This is a pure execution-focused role centered on campaign management, data analysis, and driving ROI through sophisticated media buying strategies.

The successful candidate will bring practical expertise in managing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will take ownership of the campaign lifecycle, from setup and optimization to analysis and reporting, operating with a high level of independence and a data-first mindset to achieve scalable growth.

Responsibilities:

As a Paid Media Expert, your broad responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok.

  • Monitor campaign performance daily, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and achieve CPA/ROAS targets.

  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.

  • Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends, issues, and growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and creatives.

  • Report on key performance metrics to internal stakeholders, providing clear insights and recommendations.

  • Assist in optimizing the customer acquisition funnel by analyzing user journeys and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with new platform features, industry trends, and best practices in paid media.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a focus on online gambling (casino & sports betting) and/or financial services.

  • Proven experience executing and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or programmatic networks.

  • A strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS) and how to influence them.

  • Familiarity with the principles of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis.

  • Good analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics.

  • Knowledge of the US market and its compliance requirements is a strong plus.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy.

  • Exceptional English skills (written & verbal).
