Our client is a boutique digital marketing agency specializing in performance marketing for clients across the music, entertainment, media, technology, gaming, and live events industries. Their team partners closely with clients to execute high-impact digital advertising campaigns while delivering exceptional attention to detail, proactive communication, and measurable business results. As the agency continues to grow, they are seeking a Paid Media Buyer to support campaign execution, quality assurance, and paid media operations across multiple client accounts.
The Paid Media Buyer will be responsible for reviewing paid advertising campaigns for accuracy, supporting campaign launches across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, maintaining project organization, and providing performance reporting. The Paid Media Buyer will ensure campaigns are executed without errors, collaborate with internal teams to keep projects on schedule, and contribute to campaign strategy and optimization. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, experienced with paid media platforms, and enjoys working in a fast-paced agency environment.
Fully Remote | 9AM - 5PM PST
Review paid advertising campaigns for setup accuracy prior to launch.
Verify campaign targeting, copy, creative assets, event information, and campaign settings.
Identify and resolve errors before campaigns go live.
Maintain high standards for campaign quality across multiple client accounts.
Build, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
Develop campaign strategies and budget recommendations.
Monitor campaign execution and optimize performance.
Support ongoing paid media initiatives across multiple platforms.
Track client communications related to campaign execution.
Document meeting action items and maintain task management within ClickUp.
Follow up on project deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to support campaign execution.
Prepare recurring campaign performance reports.
Monitor key advertising metrics and campaign effectiveness.
Deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Support continuous improvement through performance analysis.
Assist with advertising pixel setup, testing, and audience creation.
Support basic conversion tracking implementation.
Stay informed on platform updates and paid media best practices.
Contribute to workflow improvements across the performance marketing team.
3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
Experience building and managing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager.
Experience supporting campaigns across TikTok Ads and Google Ads.
Experience working in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
Experience using project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
Experience preparing campaign performance reports and optimization recommendations.
Experience with Google Analytics is preferred.
Experience supporting advertising pixel implementation and testing is preferred.
Experience with ticketed events, entertainment, or music industry marketing is a plus.
Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with TikTok Ads Manager.
Experience with Google Ads.
Experience using ClickUp, Asana, or similar project management software.
Strong understanding of campaign quality assurance and paid media best practices.
Experience with advertising pixel setup and testing.
Familiarity with Google Analytics.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Campaigns are launched accurately with minimal setup errors.
