About the role:

We are seeking a Paid Ads Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Google Ads (Search & YouTube), Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads. The role focuses on driving measurable results, including improving Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and lead generation for our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires exceptional attention to detail, accountability for campaign performance, and adaptability to each client’s unique setup.


Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the U.S.

Experience in the healthcare niche is preferred.




What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute paid ad strategies across Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads, and LSAs.

  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.

  • Use data-driven insights to analyze performance, refine strategies, and achieve client goals.

  • Conduct creative, audience, and budget A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.

  • Learn and implement the client’s proprietary program and campaign setup to align with their systems.

  • Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.

Who are we looking for?

  • 6+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google.

  • Proficiency with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant tools; proven track record in optimizing campaigns for ROAS and lead generation.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable with video calls for client communication.

  • Willingness to learn new systems and approaches unique to the client’s processes.

  • Experience in a digital marketing agency is required in the U.S.

  • Experience in the healthcare niche is preferred.

Position: Paid Ads Specialist

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 40 hrs a week in standard working hours in Mountain Time.

Salary: USD 1400 - 1800 per month
