  • Continuously build product and industry knowledge, adapting your approach based on feedback and handling rejection with resilience.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Proven experience in outbound calling, cold calling, telesales, B2B prospecting, or similar roles focused on generating new business.
    • Exceptional verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt to different personalities, keep conversations engaging, listen actively, ask meaningful questions, and clearly articulate value.
    • Comfortable making a high volume of calls each day, handling rejection professionally, and maintaining motivation and momentum.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a pipeline, prioritize follow-up tasks, and use a CRM effectively.
    • Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented; you take initiative and proactively drive results.
    • Team-oriented mindset combined with the ability to work independently; you monitor your own metrics and maintain a consistently positive attitude.
    • Genuine, outgoing presence and confident “phone voice” (and video when needed); you believe relationships open doors and are committed to building trust with every interaction.

     Preferred:

    • Experience in the promotional products, branded merchandise, or print-on-demand industry.
    • Comfortable speaking with business decision-makers, including owners, marketing leaders, and event coordinators.
    • Familiarity with outreach tools, dialers, CRM workflows, and basic data entry and analysis.
