Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting efforts, engaging with decision-makers in organizations that provide maintenance, service, or protection plans for security systems, and scheduling qualified meetings for our sales team.

Success in this position is measured by your ability to generate meaningful sales opportunities and contribute to pipeline growth through high-quality meeting generation.

Key Responsibilities

High-Volume Outbound Prospecting

  • Conduct daily cold and warm outreach via phone to targeted B2B prospects.
  • Identify and engage organizations involved in managing, maintaining, or servicing physical security systems.

Lead Qualification

  • Navigate gatekeepers and organizational structures to reach key decision-makers, including:
    • Operations Managers
    • Service Directors
    • Business Owners
    • Security Operations Leaders
    • Other relevant stakeholders

Value-Based Selling

  • Clearly communicate how our AI-powered SaaS platform helps organizations:
    • Streamline service operations
    • Improve system reliability
    • Enhance maintenance efficiency
    • Automate monitoring and diagnostics
    • Scale security service programs

Meeting Generation

  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Ensure prospects align with our ideal customer profile and business objectives.

CRM & Data Management

  • Accurately document all outreach activities, call notes, prospect interactions, and meeting details within HubSpot.
  • Maintain complete and up-to-date prospect records.

Required Qualifications

Communication & Language Skills

  • Native-level English fluency with clear, professional, and articulate verbal communication.
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Excellent objection-handling and persuasion skills.
  • Professional and confident communication style suitable for B2B audiences in North America and other English-speaking markets.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven B2B outbound sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience.
  • Demonstrated success booking meetings with decision-makers.
  • Experience in SaaS, security technology, field service management, or related industries is highly preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree (required).

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM, including:
    • Contact management
    • Activity logging
    • Task management
    • Pipeline updates
  • Proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, tracking, reporting)
    • Microsoft Word (documentation, script editing, reporting)
