OSSR - Associate - 2X

Role overview:
The role involves supporting Accounts Payable activities by managing documents and processes related to invoices, from receipt to recording and payment.

Key responsibilities:

• Processing invoices and tracking them throughout the entire workflow, from receipt to entry into accounting systems
• Verifying and completing the necessary information for accurate document processing
• Scanning invoices and uploading them into systems such as Kofax and SAP, as well as archiving documents
• Managing electronic documents (including PDF scanning from internal platforms, rescanning, and organizing documents)
• Identifying and reporting potential issues or discrepancies to ensure an efficient workflow

• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving skills and logical thinking
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage
