About This Opportunity
CTI Staffing is partnering with a leading building products manufacturer to find an OCM
Communications Specialist for a long-term SAP implementation engagement. This is a fully
remote contract role running approximately 11 months, with a preference for candidates
based in the Northeast United States.
This organization is executing a major SAP S/4HANA transformation and needs a communications
specialist who can own the messaging strategy from day one — translating complex system
changes into clear, compelling content that moves thousands of employees from awareness to
adoption. The role is embedded in the OCM workstream and works directly with project
leadership and change champions across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive communication plan aligned to SAP project milestones
and overall change management objectives.
- Identify stakeholder segments and tailor messaging to address the specific needs, concerns,
and readiness levels of each group.
- Create high-impact communication collateral — including newsletters, FAQs, executive
toolkits, talking points, and video scripts — across the full project lifecycle.
- Manage all communication channels (email, SharePoint, intranet, town halls, video) to
ensure timely, consistent, and accessible messaging.
- Translate technical system concepts into plain-language content that resonates across
all organizational levels.
- Partner with leadership and change champions to cascade messages and reinforce key
project updates across the organization.
- Facilitate engagement sessions and workshops to surface stakeholder concerns and
build two-way communication loops.
- Track communication activities and measure impact on awareness and adoption, providing
regular updates to project leadership.

under tight project deadlines
