Le/la Consultant(e) Architecte OCM / Responsable des ventes est un rôle à fort impact au sein d’ACSM, chargé de développer les ventes de services de conseil et de piloter les missions de livraison à travers les Amériques (Canada, Amérique latine et États-Unis). Dans ce rôle, vous aiderez les clients à dépasser le simple déploiement technologique pour atteindre une véritable transformation organisationnelle en concevant et en vendant des services qui favorisent l’adoption à grande échelle des solutions Microsoft d’IA et de cloud. Vous dirigerez également la mise en œuvre de ces projets. Vous livrerez ces services d’adoption et de gestion du changement en collaboration étroite avec les clients afin de construire des stratégies de transformation, aligner les leaders et concevoir des plans d’adoption personnalisés permettant de générer de la valeur métier, d’accélérer le délai d’impact et de mettre en place le modèle opérationnel nécessaire pour devenir une organisation de pointe.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de vente et de livraison, les équipes comptes, les parties prenantes sectorielles ainsi que les équipes Microsoft à l’échelle mondiale afin de positionner des solutions innovantes de gestion du changement et d’adoption. Ces solutions permettront d’aider les clients à surmonter les barrières organisationnelles, activer une transformation centrée sur l’humain et maximiser l’impact business de l’IA. Réussir dans ce rôle implique d’influencer à la fois la stratégie et l’exécution — aider les clients à adopter en toute confiance, à se développer avec intention et à transformer leurs ambitions en matière d’IA en création de valeur durable.

The OCM Consulting Architect/Sales Lead is a high-impact role within ACSM, responsible for shaping and growing consulting sales and leading delivery engagements across the Americas (Canada, LATAM, and the US). In this role, you will help customers move beyond technology deployment to true organizational transformation by designing and selling services that drive adoption of Microsoft AI and cloud solutions at scale. You will also lead the delivery of these projects. You will deliver these adoption and OCM services and closely collaborate with customers to build the change strategies, leadership alignment, and custom adoption plans needed to realize business value, accelerate time to impact, and create the operating model required to become a frontier firm. You will work closely with Sales and Delivery leaders, account teams, industry stakeholders, and global Microsoft teams to position innovative change and adoption solutions that help customers overcome organizational barriers, activate people-led transformation, and maximize the business impact of AI. Success in this role means influencing both strategy and execution—helping customers adopt with confidence, scale with purpose, and translate AI ambition into sustained value creation. Adoption and Organizational Change Management Solution Design and Deployment
Collaborate with the Account Team and/or Bid Team to understand the customer’s business goals and challenges. Develop a solution to drive adoption and towards the customer’s business goals and expected outcomes, based on the customer’s priorities, requirements/constraints, approach, principles, concepts, and expectations. Build and document a realistically costed, advanced/complex Solution Approach with tradeoffs that balances risk to meet customer need.
Sales and Business Development
Participate in executing the ACSM Americas sales strategy that aligns to the Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) and Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) priorities. Identify, qualify, lead, manage, and close ACSM cloud-related opportunities on prioritized accounts leading to documented customer business value and outcomes. Increase customer business value by removing nontechnical blockers to drive advanced technology adoption, including AI, and help customers lead with AI as they evolve into frontier firms.
Proactively look ahead and identify actions required to develop ACSM opportunities that are aligned to the ACSM strategy and solution plays. Leverage business outcomes across 3 horizons as a point of view/roadmap for digital transformation. Follow the common sales and delivery methodology for Microsoft and provide updates and action plans per required Sales rhythms. Understand revenue drivers for other Microsoft business segments and align plans appropriately.
Build and strengthen relationships with Microsoft Consulting sellers, partner teams, account team, specialists, and pursuit and delivery teams, through regular rhythm of connections.
Trusted Advisor
Lead the adoption of Microsoft solutions technologies based on insight into all major customer/partner projects, understanding of competitor solutions, and understanding of how customer business value can be driven through Microsoft's offerings. Differentiate Microsoft's solutions in complex and/or high-risk customer/partner conversations to influence the ACSM business value and solutions.

Other Requirements:
This role requires the ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Reliability Status screening: This position requires that the successful candidate obtain and maintain a Reliability Status security screening with the Government of Canada. Microsoft will work with individuals on a case-by-case basis to determine if the requisite screening can be obtained within required timelines.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Solution Architecture IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $124,600.00 - CAD $225,600.00 per year.
