Oregon / PNW Public-Sector Comp & Class Partner

AlphaGov (Casa Moon LLC d/b/a AlphaGov) delivers public-sector consulting for cities, counties, school systems, special districts, utilities, and related agencies. Our work spans classification and compensation, organizational and operational studies, research and program evaluation, economic and workforce analysis, surveys and community research, and applied data and infrastructure research.

We engage experienced practitioners as project-based collaborators. Engagements are remote-first with occasional client travel. When you authorize it, AlphaGov may name you as an expert collaborator or key personnel on proposals that match your expertise. We build ready teams for live pursuits — not speculative staffing banks.

This role is for Oregon and Pacific Northwest public-sector class and compensation partners. Many Oregon municipal RFPs prefer Oregon or PNW past performance (for example Roseburg OR and similar regional employers). Remote delivery is expected, with local insight valued.

What you'll do:
- Deliver or co-deliver classification and compensation studies for OR/PNW municipalities, counties, special districts, or school districts
- Lead job evaluation, market studies, and pay-structure recommendations
- Engage stakeholders and write clear public-sector recommendations
- Serve as a named SME / project partner with written references when you authorize name use
- Contribute Oregon/PNW past-performance framing to AlphaGov proposals (when permissioned)

Requirements

• Required:
  Demonstrated Oregon and/or PNW municipal, county, special district, or school-district class/comp delivery
  Able to serve as named SME / project partner with written references
  Job evaluation, pay structure, and market study experience
  Comfortable with contract / project-based engagement
  
  Nice to have:
  Local presence or strong OR/WA/ID public-sector network
  Recent Oregon municipal past performance that can be cited on proposals
