Orders and fulfillment manager

Full-Time, Remote Work.

Working hours: South African hours with some evening availability;

Dunhill Corporation is a growing e-commerce business sourcing products globally and selling across North America, with the United States as its primary market. Amazon is our main sales channel, supported by Walmart, eBay, Etsy, FAIR, AirGoods, and wholesale relationships with private retailers.

Our private-label brands include Gourmandity, specialising in gourmet European food, and For Your Elves, a candy brand. Our approximately 30-person team works across the UK, Australia, South Africa, and the US in a high-performing, collaborative, and easygoing environment.

Requirements

• Analyse sales data and market trends to support purchasing decisions.
• Plan and place supplier orders in line with business requirements.
• Manage ongoing communication with approximately 10–20 vendors each month.
• Track order progress, supplier commitments, and delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate warehouse preparation and readiness for onward fulfilment.
• Liaise with Amazon on relevant order and fulfilment matters.
• Identify delays or discrepancies early and coordinate their resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and keep colleagues informed of progress, risks, and next steps.

What you'll bring

• At least five years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, order management, or supply chain operations.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with confidence interpreting sales data.
• A structured, consistent approach to managing multiple suppliers and deadlines.
• Excellent follow-through and proactive communication.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
• An easygoing, professional manner and high standards of accountability.
• Availability for South African daytime hours and some evening work.
• A reliable computer, internet connection, and suitable remote working setup.
• Comfort working with Google Workspace.

E-commerce or Amazon experience is an advantage, but is not essential.
