Order Processing Specialist

We are looking for an Order Processing Specialist to help keep our order and customer information accurate and up to date. You will review incoming orders, enter information into company systems, check details for accuracy, and work with internal teams when clarification is needed.

This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Enter and process customer orders in company systems

• Review orders for accuracy and completeness

• Update order and customer information as needed

• Identify missing or incorrect information and follow up when necessary

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Complete assigned orders and tasks within established deadlines

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience in data entry, order processing, customer service, administration, or a similar role

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good computer and typing skills

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and business systems

• Organized and able to manage repetitive tasks consistently

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace

NICE TO HAVE

• Order entry or order processing experience

• Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or customer service

• Experience with CRM, ERP, or order management systems

COMPENSATION

$18–$23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
