Position Summary

As an Order Management Specialist at K Systems Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing and management of orders. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing client and vendor relationships, coordinating order fulfillment, and providing support to our team.

Main Duties

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer orders from receipt to
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order
• Lead client and vendor meetings to discuss order status, resolve issues, and ensure customer
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal
• Provide support to the Order Management team as
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency

What You Bring

Education & Experience:

• 0-2 years of experience in order management or a similar role

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead client and vendor
• Reliable internet connection for remote
• Proficiency in Microsoft
• Excellent organizational and time management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a high level of level of accuracy
• Great at collaborating with team members and other departments

Preferred Skills
• Experience or strong aptitude in systems monitoring, operations support, or technical analysis

Work Environment & Schedule
• Candidates are preferred to be local to the New York City area or Northern New Jersey. Open to any Remote U.S. location.

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive full-time compensation range of $20-26 Hourly DOE
