Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities CCS/CC&B Technical Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS) and/or Customer Care & Billing (CC&B). The ideal candidate will possess strong technical development and configuration expertise within the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and have experience delivering enhancements, integrations, customizations, and production support for utility billing and customer service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement Oracle Utilities CCS/CC&B solutions.
  
• Configure and customize Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) components.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management activities.
  
• Collaborate with functional teams, business analysts, and project stakeholders.
