Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Inventory & Costing Consultant with over 10 years of Oracle ERP implementation and support experience, including strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Inventory and Costing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion Supply Chain implementations, support, and enhancements. The role is based offshore, with occasional travel to Dubai as required for project activities, workshops, or go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion Inventory and Costing implementations, enhancements, and production support.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Inventory and Costing modules based on business needs.
- Perform solution design, fit-gap analysis, testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare functional documentation, solution design documents, and user training materials.
- Participate in project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall Oracle ERP consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Inventory and Oracle Fusion Costing.
- Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
- Strong understanding of Inventory Management, Cost Management, Item Management, and related SCM processes.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion setup, configuration, testing, and production support.
- Knowledge of integrations with Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Financials.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in an offshore delivery model while collaborating with global stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to Dubai on an as-needed basis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications in SCM modules are preferred.
- Experience working with global clients, particularly in the Middle East, is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) is desirable.
Travel Requirement
- Offshore role with on-demand travel to Dubai based on project requirements.
