About the role: We are looking for a sharp Oracle Supply Planning Analyst to manage our end-to-end planning processes using Oracle Fusion Supply Planning. You will be the central pivot for aligning supply with demand, running critical 'what-if' simulations, and driving planning accuracy across our global network.
Key Responsibilities:
The Planner & Strategist
Plan Execution & Analysis: Analyze the Supply Planning Workbench daily, focusing on Supplies, Demands, Material Plan results, and Plan Measures.
S&OP Cycle Management: Manage the monthly S&OP demand loading and deploy the forecast accurately, enabling weekly/daily Forecast Spreading.
Parameter Optimization: Review, maintain, and tune planning parameters: lead times, lot-sizing rules, time fences, and order modifiers to ensure plan health.
Simulation & Scenario Planning: Utilize Simulation Sets / What-If Scenarios to assess the impact of NPI (New Product Introduction), ECOs, and capacity changes on supply.
Pegging & Exception Handling: Conduct pegging analysis to trace demand to specific supplies and execute a consistent planning routine focused on daily exception resolution.
Master Data Integrity: Collaborate with the MDM team to ensure correct BOM structures, effectivity dates, and sourcing alignment for optimal plan accuracy.
Required Experience & Skills:
Strong experience (8+ years) with Oracle Fusion Supply Planning (or ASCP equivalent).
Expert-level understanding of core planning concepts: MRP/MPS, BOM Explosion, Pegging Logic, and sourcing rules.
Proven ability to troubleshoot plan accuracy issues by analyzing data and planning parameter configuration.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Master Data Management (MDM) teams.
Agile & Documentation Must-Haves:
Ability to create planning enhancement documentation: BRD100 and MD50.
Mandatory experience writing effective Scrum User Stories with traceable acceptance criteria.
Experience training end-users and promoting best practices within the planning tools.
