Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Oracle Fusion Manufacturing & Inventory Business Analyst to join their Enterprise Transformation team!

Your Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Business Transformation

  • Partner with business leaders and SMEs to design manufacturing, inventory, and warehouse processes into scalable future-state Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Assist in discovery sessions, design workshops, and requirements gathering and validation meetings.
  • Analyze and document business pain points and translate them into system capabilities, process changes, or automation opportunities.
  • Create detailed business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and user stories.
  • Challenge legacy processes and drive adoption of modern, efficient operating models.

Oracle Cloud Build & Configuration Support

  • Support design and configuration activities for Oracle Cloud Fusion modules including:
    • Manufacturing
    • Inventory Management
    • Warehouse Management (WMS)
    • Related supply chain modules
  • Partner with technical teams and implementation consultants to validate configurations.
  • Review setups for end-to-end process impacts across upstream/downstream functions.

Testing & Deployment Readiness

  • Work with the business to collect Use Cases for new designs, enhancements, and releases.
  • Create test scripts, scenarios, and business process validation cases.
  • Work with testing Lead to coordinate and align SIT, UAT, regression, and deployment testing.
  • Manage defect triage and resolution with project teams.
  • Manage Jira Dashboards in testing cycles.

Rollout & Change Enablement

  • Support phased release deployments, acquisitions, and future module rollouts.
  • Work closely with the business on preparing training materials for new development
  • Assist in recording Change Objects as part of new designs

Project Delivery & Governance

  • Support project scope definition, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables.
  • Track functional deliverables and assist in alignment across teams.
  • Provide status updates to build team leader for Manufacturing (STP) and Inventory (STM) Workstreams.
  • Assist with On-time delivery of build milestones.
  • Elevate identified risks early and recommend mitigation strategies.

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, MIS, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations or business transformation initiatives.
  • Understanding of manufacturing, inventory, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
  • Experience leading workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced implementation environment.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% for fit/gaps or deployments

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Oracle Cloud Fusion experience in: Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and Procurement / Supply Chain.
  • Experience with multi-site rollouts or plant implementations.
  • Knowledge of testing tools, reporting, OTBI, BI Publisher, or SQL.
  • Experience working with consulting partners and PMO organizations.


The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $70k-$90k. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
