Oracle EBS SCM Functional - Sourcing

This is a remote position.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12, specializing in Sourcing, Purchasing and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

The candidate should have strong experience in Oracle Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Inventory and AP integration, with hands-on experience in implementation, rollout, enhancement and production support projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12 SCM – Purchasing, Sourcing and P2P.
  
• Lead functional activities across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
  
• Configure and support Oracle Purchasing, iProcurement and Oracle Sourcing.
  
• Handle RFQs, RFPs, auctions, quotations and supplier negotiations.
  
• Configure requisitions, purchase orders, blanket POs, contracts and releases.
  
• Work on approval workflows and AME (Approvals Management Engine).
  
• Configure purchasing document types, line types, buyer assignments and purchasing options.
  
• Support supplier, supplier site and supplier-related configurations.
  
• Handle 3-way and 2-way matching and purchasing controls.
  
• Work closely with Oracle AP, GL and Inventory teams for end-to-end P2P integration.
  
• Understand integration between Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory and Accounts Payable.
  
• Support receiving transactions, receipts, corrections, returns and RTV.
  
• Analyze and resolve functional issues related to PO, receipts, invoices and payments.
  
• Gather business requirements and prepare BRD, functional specifications and process documentation.
  
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle standard solutions.
  
• Lead CRP, SIT, UAT and production deployment activities.
  
• Coordinate with technical teams for RICE components, interfaces, reports and customizations.
  
• Provide functional specifications for interfaces, conversions, reports, extensions and workflows.
  
• Support data migration and validation activities for suppliers, purchasing documents and related master data.
  
• Perform root-cause analysis for complex production issues.
  
• Mentor junior functional consultants and provide functional leadership.
