We are hiring Senior & Staff level Consultants with expertise in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) to support our growing Oracle analytics practice. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge projects, helping clients unlock the value of their data through advanced analytics, AI-driven insights, and predictive modeling using Oracle FDI. You will engage in all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution design, implementation, and training

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering.
  • Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
  • An ideal minimum of 3 end-to-end FDI implementation experience.
  • Functional knowledge of Accounting (budgeting, forecasting, close and consolidation, and/or account reconciliation) required
  • Experience in full consulting project lifecycles – requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and user training.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages (Python, R, or similar) for data processing and analysis.
    Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Data Lakehouse, and data pipeline architectures is a plus.
  • Strong functional understanding of business domains such as finance, supply chain, and operations to align analytics with business objectives.
  • Ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights using visualization tools like Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Tableau, or Power BI.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with consulting delivery within a work-stream: documentation, development, testing, training, etc. focused on Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) solutions.
  • Design and develop data models and visualizations leveraging Oracle’s FDI platform.
  • Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand data-driven objectives and translate them into effective analytics solutions.
  • Implement machine learning models and predictive analytics within Oracle FDI to optimize decision-making for clients.
  • Develop ETL processes, data pipelines, and integrations with various Oracle Cloud applications and third-party data sources.
  • Guide clients in best practices for data governance, security, and compliance within Oracle’s cloud analytics environment.
  • Lead user training and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure adoption of the Oracle FDI platform.
    Stay up to date with Oracle FDI’s evolving capabilities, proactively bringing new innovations to clients and internal teams.
