Job Summary
We are seeking
an experienced Oracle Benefits Functional Consultant / Lead with deep
expertise in Oracle Benefits implementation and configuration. The ideal
candidate will have extensive experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Benefits
solutions across global regions, including North America, EMEA, and APAC.
This role requires a highly motivated professional who can work independently,
lead client engagements, drive solution design, and execute hands-on system
configuration while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Benefits implementation
projects from requirements gathering through post-go-live support.
- Configure Oracle Benefits modules based on business
requirements and industry best practices.
- Facilitate client workshops, including Design
Sessions, Conference Room Pilots (CRP/CRP2), User Acceptance Testing
(UAT), and solution validation workshops.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements,
translating them into scalable Oracle Benefits solutions.
- Make sound functional and configuration decisions to
ensure optimal solution design and successful project delivery.
- Perform hands-on configuration, testing,
troubleshooting, and deployment activities with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate effectively with HR, Payroll, Technical,
Integration, and Project Management teams to ensure seamless
implementation.
- Provide expert guidance on Oracle Benefits
functionality, configuration options, and best practices.
- Support data validation, defect resolution, testing
cycles, and production deployment.
- Drive project deliverables, monitor milestones, and
proactively identify and mitigate implementation risks.
- Build strong client relationships through effective
communication, stakeholder management, and solution-oriented consulting.

Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience implementing and configuring Oracle
Benefits solutions.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Benefits functional
configuration and end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience delivering Oracle Benefits
implementations across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- Excellent client-facing communication, presentation,
and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in leading client
workshops, design sessions, CRP, CRP2, and UAT activities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating
effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and
decision-making capabilities.
- Experience preparing functional specifications,
configuration documentation, and testing artifacts.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver
high-quality solutions within project timelines.
Preferred
Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits
implementations.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR,
Absence Management, Payroll, and Compensation.
- Experience working in global implementation projects
using Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Oracle Cloud certification in HCM or Benefits is
preferred.
