Operations Technology Specialist (Remote)

In this role, you will provide first line ops and client technology support to all virtual agents or in-office in area of responsibility, including customer support.

What You'll Do

• Follow established processes as well as actively collaborate with teams on best practices to monitor and resolve technology support cases and provide tracking
• Partner with internal and external technology teams to perform RCAs, escalate, test, and resolve cases as necessary to resolution
• Work with virtual employees to troubleshot issues for a quick resolution
• Escalate common issues to other departments that can be resolved on a more global basis
• Communicate effectively to virtual employees via the most appropriate method to discuss procedures and common solutions
• Manage system status, taking steps to improve performance, and reliability as directed and per established policies and procedures

What You'll Bring

• Extensive experience in the travel industry
• Experience with Sabre GDS and online booking tools (OBTs)
• Experience supporting system enhancements, testing, implementations, and operational initiatives
• Strong understanding of travel management operations, including front-, mid-, and back-office workflows, ticketing, fulfillment, and service delivery
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and drive effective resolutions
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Ops Technology Specialist is between $58,000 and $65,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
