At BRUNA, we craft timeless, high-quality jewelry, and our operations are the engine behind every piece that reaches a customer. As our Operations & Supply Chain Lead, you'll own our end-to-end supply chain (from our production partners in Thailand and Italy to our 3PL in Vienna), and you'll lead our Customer Excellence team to ensure every touchpoint reflects the same care we put into our products.
This is a senior, strategic role with broad ownership. You'll shape how BRUNA scales operationally while keeping quality, efficiency, and customer experience at the heart of everything we do.
Supply Chain, Warehouse & Logistics: Own our end-to-end supply chain, including forecasting, ordering, stock management, international shipping, distribution, import, and customs. Oversee our 3PL partner in Vienna and ensure warehouse operations run smoothly, accurately, and on time.
Procurement & Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our main production partners in Thailand and Italy, own the procurement process end-to-end, and ensure consistent quality, on-time delivery, and compliance with international standards (including hallmarks and materials regulations within the jewelry sector).
Quality Assurance & Product Coordination: Collaborate closely with our design team to bring new products to life, oversee packaging coordination, and ensure every piece meets BRUNA's quality standards before it reaches a customer. Translate product feedback and return data into concrete improvements.
Customer Excellence Leadership: Lead our Customer Excellence team and shape how we show up for our customers at every touchpoint. Translate customer feedback into operational improvements and ensure CX and supply chain decisions are made in sync.
Process, Performance & Resource Optimization: Track and optimize key department KPIs (return rates, on-time delivery, quality, efficiency, budget), identify and implement best practices, and continuously refine systems and workflows as we grow.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with marketing, design, finance, and retail to optimize the end-to-end customer journey, from production through to post-purchase.
Experience: A strong track record in a senior operations or supply chain role, ideally within jewelry, accessories, or a comparable premium product category. You've owned forecasting, procurement, supplier management, and logistics end-to-end.
Systems Knowledge: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, D365, PLM, or similar) and a clear understanding of how to make these systems work for the business rather than the other way around.
3PL & Logistics Expertise: Proven experience managing 3PL partners, international shipping, and customs, with a sharp eye on cost, quality, and delivery performance.
Customer Experience Mindset: You understand that operations and customer experience are two sides of the same coin. You've led or worked closely with CX teams before, and you bring out the best in the people you lead.
E-commerce Operations: Familiarity with the operational realities of running a D2C e-commerce brand (preferred).
Process Thinking & KPI-Driven: You connect the dots across functions and build workflows that scale. You're as comfortable in a spreadsheet analysing return data as you are negotiating with a supplier.
Leadership & Communication: You build trust quickly, communicate clearly with internal and international stakeholders (German and English required), and bring out the best in the people you lead.
Accuracy & Ownership: You pay close attention to detail and hold yourself (and others) to a high standard, especially when it comes to the quality our customers expect from BRUNA.
