About the Role
As an Operations Specialist at Painter Marketing Pros, you will manage project tasks, coordinate cross-team workflows, maintain accurate records, and contribute to process improvements. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager and various teams to ensure smooth execution of deliverables and support operational excellence. This is a remote, full-time role working 9 AM–6 PM EST.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure all internal and client deliverables meet timelines and expectations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and execute project tasks

  • Use project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, and Zapier for task tracking and automation

  • Maintain accurate records of project activities and communications in the CRM

  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

  • Support rollout of new workflows and best practices

  • Assist with tracking and analyzing KPIs for operational adjustments

  • Educate team members on processes, tools, and digital products

  • Create and update SOPs and documentation for workflows

  • Analyze operational data and report insights to the Operations Manager

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative support in a digital setting

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp or Asana

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)

  • Exposure to sales, marketing, or client delivery functions is a plus (Google Business Profile, Local Service Ads, Meta Advertising, Google Advertising, Basic SEO etc)

Comfortable working full-time, 9 AM–6 PM EST, Monday to Friday
