Job Description

On a daily basis you will:

  • Work and coordinate with Expedock’s key accounts to understand and learn their business and/or supply chain processes
  • Propose and implement procedures on timely and efficient delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLA) for customers
  • Ensure services committed to customers are delivered
  • Ownership of assessing the profitability of customers and tracking how much revenue lost from existing customers
  • Coordinate with Product team and Engineering team to enhance processes
  • Assure that the team you manage is delivering at 100% accuracy and quality 
  • Train & manage team to deliver on service level agreements on quality standards, timelines and budget
  • Device approach to progress towards return, profit and loss
  • Implement strategies based on costing analysis, and pricing recommendations


Qualifications

  • Self-starter and an influential systems thinker with a passion for operational excellence
  • Operations and account management background
  • Fast learner with ability to quickly understand operational problems
