About the Role
Painter Marketing Pros is looking for an experienced Operations & Project Manager to lead operational performance and oversee project delivery across the agency. This role combines team leadership, workflow optimization, and hands on project management to ensure projects are delivered on time, at a high standard, and in alignment with company goals. This is a full time remote role working 9 AM to 6 PM EST.

What You'll Do

  • Manage operational workflows and oversee end to end project delivery

  • Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure projects stay on track and within deadlines

  • Work closely with department leads to prioritize workloads and remove bottlenecks

  • Oversee fulfillment quality across SEO, paid ads, web, and marketing projects

  • Implement and improve SOPs, systems, and operational processes

  • Lead team accountability, reporting, and performance management

  • Track project progress, timelines, KPIs, and resource allocation

  • Support issue resolution, escalations, and client delivery challenges

  • Drive operational efficiency, profitability, and retention initiatives

  • Maintain strong communication and alignment across remote teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in operations management and project management

  • Proven experience managing remote teams and cross functional projects

  • Strong understanding of workflows, SOP development, and operational systems

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Experience in digital marketing or agency operations preferred

  • Proficient in ClickUp, Asana, Google Workspace, and project tracking tools

  • Strong ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and multiple moving parts

  • High attention to detail, accountability, and problem solving ability

  • Available full time Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST
