About the Role
Are you an ambitious operations or finance professional with 2–3 years of hands-on experience looking to accelerate your path into senior leadership?
We are a fast-growing property development business specialising in medium-sized residential new builds and conversion projects. To support our rapid expansion, we are seeking a commercially minded Operations Management Specialist to join our fast-track rotational programme.
This is not a entry-level graduate scheme. You will work directly alongside Department Heads across Operations, HR, Finance, and Marketing—delivering live projects, driving process efficiencies, and solving real operational challenges across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Rotations: Complete targeted rotations across core business functions (Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing) to gain end-to-end commercial insight into property development workflows.
- Process Optimisation: Critique existing operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and execute pragmatic process improvements to enhance cost-effectiveness and operational throughput.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Track departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), interpret operational data, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
- Project Execution & Governance: Lead and support department-specific initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to governance standards.
- Employee Relations & HR Support: Handle operational HR queries and employee relations matters with tact, professionalism, and strict compliance.
- Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Manage key external and internal stakeholder interactions, supporting front-line operational delivery and client-facing requirements.
