Position Summary

Are you passionate about leading projects that improve warehouse, fulfillment, and construction operations? As a Project Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of technical, operational, and construction-related projects that support scalable distribution and eCommerce solutions across a nationwide network of facilities. Working closely with operations, engineering, IT, safety, HR, finance, and customer stakeholders, you will develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver practical, cost-effective solutions that drive operational excellence, support growth, and improve business performance while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Work Location: Remote

Work Schedule: First Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5pm with the ability to work outside of scheduled hours for any emergencies.

Travel: This role requires approximately 50% travel. While much of the work can be performed remotely, travel will increase during new site launches and key project milestones. Team members may be home-based for 4 to 5 weeks at a time, followed by periods of concentrated travel lasting several weeks. We generally encourage Monday through Thursday or Monday through Friday travel schedules to allow employees to return home on weekends. During launch periods, additional on-site presence is expected to support successful implementation and operational stabilization.

Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education.

This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
