Equitable is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support our Overland Park, KS team. This will be a part-time role working 20 hours per week supporting customer service and sales needs for the branch.  You will work remotely to provide outstanding and customerfocused service.  Your schedule will be confirmed with the hiring manager.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

                Manage and maintain the branch CRM program to ensure efficient lead generation and tracking.

                Review and mine the orphan client book of business to identify potential sales opportunities and qualified leads.

                Distribute leads to participating financial professionals and advisors in accordance with established program guidelines.

                Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming client inquiries related to the CRM program.

 

The base salary for this position is $26,000.00. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications

                 High school diploma or equivalent professional work experience.

                 Hands-on customer service, operations, administrative and/or sales support experience.

                 Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

                 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

 

Preferred Qualifications

                 Associate or bachelor's degree.

                 Strong verbal and written communication skills.

                 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

                 CRM management expertise.

                 Strong customer service orientation and professional phone presence.

Skills

Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.

Document Management: Knowledge of document management; ability to categorize, integrate, update, document and distribute business information in a secure, effective way.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Knowledge of Organization: Knowledge of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics; ability to understand the value of aligning capabilities with business goals to support optimal performance.

Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

Project Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.
