Operations Analyst - Thursday - Monday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

This is a remote position.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, dispatching, or operations coordination.
  
• Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and updating customer information.
  
• Experience processing and tracking transportation-related documentation and meeting customer deadlines.
  
• Experience communicating with customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
  
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and escalate operational issues to the appropriate team members.
  
• Experience coordinating additional trips/loads and working with transportation systems.
  
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
  
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Ability to work independently and proactively, identifying potential issues before they escalate.
  
• Experience using TMS platforms, customer portals, and transportation management systems. Experience with 3G is a plus.
