About the Role

The Operations Analyst will join our service team who supports SS&C Advent’s Black Diamond Performance Reporting™, which provides solutions for the wealth management process. The core product retrieves and reconciles investment accounting data and provides a feature-rich, Internet-based application to analyze performance.

How You Will Make an Impact 

• Analyze incoming information to provide accurate and consistent data to clients

• Operate proprietary internet-based performance reporting application

• Complete a full reconciliation of client transactional data daily

• Complete data point research items submitted by service teams and clients

• Monitor automatic nightly data jobs for accuracy and completion

• Communicate and coordinate with other internal and external groups to provide industry-leading service to clients

• Assist with system and product development enhancements

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance

• Finance/Accounting experience preferred

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Problem-solving and analytical mindset

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.

Maryland: The expected base salary for the position is between 60,000 USD to 65,000 USD.

 

 

In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company’s discretion.
