We are looking for an Operations Analyst to support and optimize our day-to-day payment operations across multiple markets. This role will be key in ensuring smooth transaction flows, monitoring performance, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous improvements in our fintech infrastructure.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations within the Fintech environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

  • Monitor daily payment operations (payins/payouts) to ensure accuracy and performance across markets.

  • Analyze transaction data to detect issues, anomalies, or optimization opportunities.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, IT, Finance, Compliance, Reconciliation) and external partners to resolve operational incidents.

  • Track KPIs such as approval rates, processing times, reconciliation gaps, and operational SLAs.

  • Support reconciliation processes between merchants, partners, and internal systems.

  • Prepare operational reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.

  • Identify and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
