Job Summary

Introduction
As Salesforce Analyst you’ll play a vital role here at CareAllies. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the Salesforce Analyst should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning. The Salesforce Analyst should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:
• Create user trainings and presenting training materials
• Leading end user office hours/support meetings to ensure continued education of the platform is occurring
• All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
• Managing user support tickets
• Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders, ranging across all areas of the business
• Leading business level user acceptance testing in multiple platform environments
• Understanding of Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
Qualifications and Background
Required:
• Salesforce product knowledge and 1-3 years hands-on analyst experience within Salesforce
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, embracing change and helping others see it as an opportunity and stay focused on goals while adapting to change
• Comfortable with raising questions, issues, ideas or suggestions to co-workers at all levels across all organizations
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written and training, along with excellent presentation skills
• Works well with larger groups from a wide range of organizations, as well as reporting out to senior executives
• Fluent Microsoft Office skills
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in uncertain and/ or ambiguous environments
• Experience in organizational change management evaluation, planning and execution preferred
• Customer, Provider, or Product experience valued
Desirable:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Trailhead Badges/Super Badges

• Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
Desirable:
• Demonstrates enthusiasm towards continued personal/professional development
• Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau & Power BI
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor Degree with 3 years project management experience OR Technical Certification or College Courses with 4 years project management experience OR 8 years of project management experience.
* Experience with Project Management Methodologies (i.e. Project Management Institute – PMBOK).
* Knowledge of project financial tracking including monitoring and reporting on budget expenditures.
* Experience in negotiations, influence others and managing conflicts.
* Problem solving skills.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
* Work independently and within a team environment.
* Analytical skills.
* Leadership skills, including meeting facilitation.
* Experience balancing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, Project and Lotus Notes

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification
* Experience with Lotus Notes.

Required Job Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor Degree with 4 years project management experience OR PMP Certification or College Courses with 5 years project management experience OR 8 years project management experience.
  • Familiarity and experience with Project Management Methodologies and demonstrable experience in project delivery and management of large and/or complex projects.
  • Experience in coaching and development
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills, as well as meeting facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment. 
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills; agility and flexibility to adapt to constantly changing priorities.
  • Ability to create integrated, milestone-driven critical path project plans.
  • Ability to multi-task and balance multiple competing priorities while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification
  • Human Resource acumen and HCSC experience
  • Comfort/poise with senior management
  • Leadership skills

Min to Max Range:

$76,600.00 - $138,500.00
