Cochran Davis and Associates P.C. is looking for an Operation Manager to join our team in Manhattan Beach. This part-time, remote position presents a fantastic opportunity for individuals at the entry level to gain valuable experience in the legal industry while contributing to the smooth operation of our law practice.



As an Operation Manager, you will play a vital role in streamlining processes and ensuring efficient workflows within our firm. You will collaborate closely with our legal team to support various operational initiatives and help enhance our service delivery to clients. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of our practice and contributes directly to our firm’s mission of providing exceptional legal services.



We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $125,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment that promotes professional growth and development.



Responsibilities



  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures

  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow

  • Support the management of day-to-day operations

  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics

  • Help in budget preparation and expense tracking

  • Organize meetings and maintain schedules for the legal team

  • Implement best practices for project management and execution

  • Participate in training and onboarding of new staff



Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and remotely
