This is an open application for candidates who are excited about what we are building but do not see the perfect role listed. We are interested in builders, operators, researchers, designers, domain experts, and sharp generalists who can help us create new data systems, expert workflows, evaluation methods, and production infrastructure for frontier AI.
You may be a fit if you are unusually good at one or more of the following:
Building software, internal tools, data systems, or AI-enabled workflows
Designing expert-facing interfaces or operational systems
Creating, managing, or scaling human data programs
Developing evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, QA systems, or annotation standards
Bringing deep expertise from a domain where human judgment and reasoning matter
Moving quickly in a small, high-agency team
