Onshore Transition Lead - Beaker 1 Copy 01

Plans, manages, and delivers IT projects across applications, infrastructure, end-user services, Epic/clinical systems, and managed-service transition activities. Owns scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, communications, and stakeholder alignment. Level II scope: Intermediate resource; independent delivery of standard work.

"Core responsibilities:
Define scope, workplan, milestones, dependencies, budget/resource needs, governance cadence, and delivery approach.
Manage project execution, risks/issues, decisions, change controls, stakeholder communications, and status reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional resources, vendors, clinical/business stakeholders, security, and operations teams.
Support testing, training, cutover, go-live, hypercare, transition-to-support, and closure activities.
Ensure project documentation, deliverables, approvals, and lessons learned are complete and accessible.

Level expectations:
Independently manages standard project planning, workplan maintenance, meeting coordination, status reporting, issue/risk management, stakeholder follow-up, and escalation activities; supports standard project changes and improvement actions; validates documentation and governance artifacts; and coordinates with adjacent teams, vendors, or stakeholders for medium-complexity work.

Skills/Experience:
Project management, healthcare IT delivery, stakeholder management, risk/issue management, budgeting/resource planning, SDLC/Agile/waterfall, and communication."

Minimum of 5 years of Epic Certification in Beaker application is required.
