Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, organized individuals to join our virtual team as Online Vacation Specialist. This position is focused on helping clients explore getaway possibilities, select experiences that suit their needs, and navigate the planning process from their first inquiry through final trip preparation.

You may assist with all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family vacations, couples getaways, group trips, tours, and international destinations. No previous travel industry experience is necessary. Training and ongoing resources are provided to help you learn the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to learn about their vacation interests, travel dates, preferences, and spending goals
• Search for destinations and experiences that align with individual requests
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, activities, transportation, and package options
• Prepare relevant vacation choices and provide helpful information about available options
• Assist with coordinating selected arrangements through approved supplier platforms
• Keep reservation confirmations and trip information organized
• Review booking details to help ensure accuracy and completeness
• Follow up with clients regarding decisions, deadlines, and upcoming requirements
• Provide planning updates and respond to routine questions
• Maintain organized digital records of client requests and reservations
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging, and virtual platforms
• Stay current on supplier offerings, destination information, promotions, and vacation products

• Comfortable researching and comparing information online
• Able to prioritize responsibilities and manage time independently
• Basic computer, email, and internet skills
• Comfortable learning online reservation tools and supplier platforms
• Dependable, motivated, and willing to continue learning
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
