We are building a high-performance sales team in India to drive jewelry sales in the USA. If you are a target-driven closer with strong sales skills, this is your opportunity to work in an exciting commission-based sales environment with high earning potential.
What You'll Do – 100% Sales Focused
Convert inbound leads into closed deals – Engage high-value buyers & sellers and close transactions.
Negotiate pricing and facilitate sales – Ensure smooth transactions while maintaining GEMGEMs commission structure.
Follow up aggressively on potential buyers – Maximize deal conversions through structured follow-ups.
Track and optimize your sales pipeline – Use CRM tools (ClickUp, Salesforce, etc.) to manage leads.
Meet & exceed revenue targets – Your performance directly impacts your earnings!
Note: This role is focused on sales and closing deals. Your goal is to drive revenue and close transactions efficiently.
Who Were Looking For:
Strong sales background in luxury, high-ticket items, or e-commerce sales.
Fluent in English (serving the USA market).
Proven ability to close deals & exceed sales targets.
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment (base + commission).
Highly motivated, persistent, and results-oriented.
Familiar with CRM tools or willing to learn (ClickUp, Salesforce, etc.).
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary, along with Commission % of GEMGEMs transaction fee per closed deal.
