Instructors deliver one-to-one, neuroaffirming, and evidence-based learning support to school-aged learners via live online sessions. They are responsible for developing individualized learning plans and providing progress reports while maintaining a supportive and strengths-based environment.

Purpose of Position
Instructors work one-to-one with school-aged (Kindergarten to grade 12) learners, delivering individualized and comprehensive learning support that is neuroaffirming, strengths-based, and evidence-based.

Successful candidates for the instructor role have the ability to perform the above-listed principal roles and responsibilities with minimal to moderate support. This typically requires the following experience and competencies.

Instructors report to the Senior Manager, Instruction and Innovation, and work closely with their assigned Case Manager(s) during the academic term.
