Online Marketing Assistant

Urban Property Management is seeking a motivated and organized Online Marketing Assistant to support our digital marketing and property advertising activities. This is a remote position suitable for candidates who are comfortable working online, communicating professionally, and learning new marketing tools and platforms.

Previous property-management experience is helpful but not required. Training and guidance will be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain online property listings.

• Advertise residential rental properties across relevant online platforms.

• Write clear, attractive, and accurate property descriptions.

• Upload and organize property photos and marketing materials.

• Monitor listings and make updates when necessary.

• Respond to online inquiries and direct prospective renters to the appropriate contact.

• Assist with social media and other online marketing activities.

• Research rental-market trends and online advertising opportunities.

• Maintain accurate marketing records, reports, and documentation.

• Coordinate with the property-management team regarding listing updates and marketing requests.

• Follow company procedures and maintain consistent branding across marketing channels.
