       The Global HRIS Senior Specialist or Associate Manager plays a critical role in driving the operational efficiency and strategic utilization of the global HR Database (HRDB), SAP SuccessFactors and HR BI. Will be responsible for overseeing HRDB data quality, managing HRIS Data Issue Handling Workflow (including HRDB, SF, Power BI., etc.), and initiating optimization projects when issues are identified. This role involves cross-functional project management, collaborating with IT and users, and leveraging tools such as Power BI and AI tools to enhance workflow and data validation efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Global data Utilization & COE Support:
  • Data Quality Monitoring: Responsible for monitoring data quality across HR systems. Actively detect anomalies such as logic errors, missing data, or inconsistent formats. Notify and assist site HR in resolving data issues.
  • Data Issue Handling Workflow: Analyze issues related to process design, permission settings, and user behavior. Collaborate with COE and IT to identify root causes and determine whether issues stem from design flaws or user misunderstandings. Evaluate the need for system or process optimization and plan follow-up actions.
  • Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead and manage projects involving system enhancements and module expansions. Work closely with IT, site HR, and COE to ensure smooth implementation and alignment across systems.
  • Pipeline Design & System Integration: Design data pipelines and logic for system integration involving HRDB. Provide testing in collaboration with IT to ensure the result.
  • Handle the user training and issue analysis dashboard to enhance whole effectiveness.
  • Power BI & AI Tool Utilization: Use Power BI and other AI tools to automate workflows and improve data validation efficiency. Develop dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
HRDB & Local HCM Synchronization: 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders t to align and synchronize local HCM systems with the global HRDB and SAP SuccessFactors EC.
  • Monitor data integration accuracy and ensure consistency of employee data across systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and system integration issues.

EducationBachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS (and/or C&B) roles, preferably in a global manufacturing or multinational organization.
  • 3+ years of practical experience in database architecture and operational principles
  • Proven experience in data integration, system enhancement, and HR analytics (Power BI preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (preferred, such as Employee Center, Compensation, PMGM, and Succession modules)
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical skills (problem-solving effectively and providing insightful recommendations during the data verification process) and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional global projects.
  • Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel). Proficiency in SQL will be a plus.
  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in a multicultural and matrixed organization.
