💼 Contract & Hours

• Independent Contractor Agreement (remote)

• Flexible shifts with advance scheduling

• Highest demand: Saturdays & Sundays between 7 am – 10 pm SAST

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging, interactive lessons using our structured methodology and provide lesson plans

• Inspire learners from diverse backgrounds worldwide

• Create a professional, positive online classroom environment

• Assess progress and provide constructive feedback

🎓 What You’ll Need

• A bachelor’s degree (any field) is required for this role

• 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate

• Minimum 6 months teaching experience (online preferred)

• Excellent English (neutral accent, strong communication skills)

• Confidence with Zoom and digital tools

💻 Tech Requirements

• Laptop/PC: Quad Core Ryzen5, i5, M1 or higher, 8GB RAM

• Fibre internet: 25 Mbps (LAN cable only)

• UPS backup: 4–5 hours + mini-UPS for router

• Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, quiet workspace
