GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is proactively building a Talent Pool of experienced, Certified Oncology Data Specialists (ODS-C/CTR) in anticipation of upcoming Cancer Registry projects and client needs.

What You'll Do

Depending on project and client needs, responsibilities may include:

• Case Ascertainment: Identify reportable cancer cases through review of source documents and case listings.
• Abstract & Analyze: Identify, code, and abstract newly diagnosed cancer cases in accordance with facility procedures and accreditation standards.
• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain precision in data reporting, review diagnostic and treatment information, and contribute to high-quality registry data.
• Collaborate & Contribute: Partner with team members to maintain registry excellence and support cancer research and program development.

What You Bring

• Certification: Current ODS-C/CTR certification (NCRA certified and in good standing) required.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of Cancer Registry/ODS experience, including proficiency in abstracting and case finding. California state experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Experience with CNExT preferred.
• Additional Experience: Familiarity with CoC and NAPBC accreditation, State/FCDS Abstractor Code, and/or VA facilities is a plus.
• Location: Must be U.S.-based.
• Availability: Interest in future full-time or part-time opportunities, with an anticipated minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
